the kilted one

second grade. they are filling a page with the following sentence: I will not argue about seats in music class.

I'm tired of walking into my room to find 2 or 3 kids trying to sit on the same chair, telling each other that they are in the wrong seat, or generally fighting about who is supposed to sit where. the seats are assigned in alphabetical order. We spend all of 5 minutes (or less) sitting on those seats in the beginning of class. the rest of the period is spent sitting on the floor, or moving around to music, or some other activity.
