Snow shoveling.

Yesterday the pundits called for 1", last night at 10 PM 3-6 inches. I get up this morning and its about 10" I hope this guys don't work for military Intelligence. Don't worry there is only 1 bad guy there, ops sorry you walked into 100 special forces Evil or Very Mad

But its too cold and I ran Thurs instead.

So tonight its pool night still working on my swim
strokes.

I did spend an hour on the trainier at 4 AM

Well the driveway had a little over 7". It took 1:45 to shovel. One of the downsides of a big driveway.

9.013 miles. Set out to run a fast 4.5, but the ice and snow wouldn't cooperate. Ended up running 9+ in 1:19:34, or about an 8:49 pace. Didn't record splits but they were definitely negative. Planning on doing about 7 trail miles tomorrow in the snow.
