I had it tonight.
The Marine, his younger brother and I plus a bunch of good friends and relatives spent the evening around a bonfire. It was great. Life don't get better than this. I am one happy dad!

Bonfires in the fall are spectacular! Even better with family, friends, and marshmallows. Tell me you had marshmallows.

No marshmallows. But we had beer. And Jagermeister. That stuff is the spawn of the devil.

Its a fermented herbal concoction from Germany. Tastes like cough syrup but people swear its liquor.
Bonfires rock - sounds like a good evening Rob, hope you stuck to the beer.

i used to love Jagermeister. i could drink it like there was no tomorrow. I give it more a cross of cough meds and black licorice, leaning more to the licorice side. yeah it doen't taste or feel like alcohol until it's too late

If its the black licorice taste you like stick to Sambuca - it is much less foul than Jag. IMHO.

I have no idea why people like this stuff. It tastes just like cough syrup. It's commonly mixed with Red Bull, which, oddly enough, does nothing to improve the taste.
