I'm commuting to work. It's 6:00 am, it is raining pretty hard. Traffic on I-35 is at a stop. I'm not moving. The car next to me isn't moving. The truck in front of him isn't moving. We get to move approximately a car's length. The truck moves up and stops. The car that was next to me moves up.
And then it hits the truck.
Excuse me?

Driving?! The dude was at a complete stop and only had to roll forward something like 8-10 feet (or whatever) and then stop! 
Must be hard to roll a joint in traffic when the lightning keeps flashing.

He obviously hasn't mastered steering with his leg while rolling. Not that I would know anything about that.

We had that happen to us a few years ago. At a red light, rolled ahead one car length, and then the huge SUV behind us just smashed into our rear.
WTH?
I still don't know how that woman hit us.
