Can you move the Monday intervals and Tuesday tempo a day apart on the schedule? That's going to be hard to do for 8 wks.

I can't really move one in either direction....think maybe alternate weeks on the tempo vs intervals?
weight training? i'm substituting the plyometrics for actual weights, i figure the extra cardio can help me in such a short time frame. sound good?

Look, so what if I paid Cindy off and I get to ride in the minivan!
Well, as it looks now I maynot have any speed skates to skate in. The Powerslide C4's I was going to get I'm told are too narrow for my 4E foot. I have been corrisponding with a guy that owns a pair of size 13 C4's and he says it's too narrow by a long shot for a quad E foot. What the f...!
