Just got a Nextel, great rate plan, cool phone and kept my same number.
(as to not inconvience a certain twin brother of mine) 
just about everyone here has them, as well as our station, and supervisor.

Interesting - the 'medic has one and HATES it. He likes the "diddly DEET" direct connect, but hates their service. Cuts off frequently, missed calls for no apparent reason, customer service sucks. But since it's the standard for what he does, he has no real choice.
