Mine was awesome. Had a day out with the boys in Balto Md, and saw a great baseball game in a great stadium.

Sunday set up a new pool that Robin had gotten for the kids (one of those pool kits with an easy set up.) Had it ready to go in 3 hours and we all (including Abby) went swimming. JJ even said to me "dad I love swimmin"

Friday-ran the Rolling Rock 5 mile Run with our own "Rolling Rock" partied at the post-race party too!

Saturday-took my Benz for repairs Shocked it should be ok. took the kids to the mall

Sunday- church, then lunch at my parents, and I set up Sawyers "blow-up" pool. He got in, eventhough it was about 7pm and not too hot, and the water was freezing. I read the newspaper and enjoyed sitting outside.

Friday :: Re-signed up at the Y and went swimming~! Dancing Banana What a swell new pool building.

Saturday :: Mo' swimming. Package came and I got started on upgrading my commuter bike.

Sunday :: Church. Mo' swimming. Worked more up the upgrade. Broke my vice trying to remove the cassette from the rear wheel. Mad I brought the wheel in to work. Going to let the LBS do the dirty work for me. Once that's done, the rest of the upgrade should be cake.

it is all about the horsepower and PSI Sue.
I am sure he can even increase it more with a little "tinkering"

The weekend kinda started on Wednesday - not in a good way.

Wed-Tree fell on our garage. Minimal damage, but it crushed several of the neighbors 'precious' plants. It's still there, but the tree guys are coming today to remove it.

Got quite a bit of rain throughout the weekend. The builders didn't come all week and the rain poured through a hole in the addition all over the floor and soaked through into our basement. Called them twice to come and look at it and nary a word back was heard.

Sat-Basement flooded from a sewage backup. Had to miss lunch with a good friend who was in town for the day to wait for the plumber. Spent the rest of Saturday cleaning up the mess.

Sun-due to the rain I was stuck mowing all day. Also had to trim several hedges and the gas-powered trimmer ran out of gas and I didn't have the right mix, so I had to finish them by hand.

Only upside really - when I wasn't dealing with all of that, Tracy and Michael were there for hugs, laughs, and smiles. Very Happy

Friday - Puppy sat for friends, went to the movies with hubby who was beginning a 3 day weekend.

Sat. - we went shopping/dreaming at Home Depot and Lowes. I really need to win the lottery since I don't think teaching will ever make me rich. Very Happy

Sun. - went to church, picked friends up from the airport who were returning home, bought new running shoes, and then to our church life group for pizza and games.

Nice relaxing weekend.

Spent most of the weekend trying to console friend who didn't want to be consoled, but who desperately needed it. Sad

Friday - Charlie's Angels & drinks with friend. What a hoot!
Saturday - errands with The Paramedic (including buying a new vacuum - EXCITING!) followed by drunken BBQ at friends' house
Sunday - caught up on laundry; sneezed all day due to cold

Friday started out 'neato'. Did some speedwork and ran a 6:35 mile Mr. Green

Went to a comedy club that night...had some drinks...the comedians were fubby (but not that fubby, even with the drinks).

Saturday we took some friends to a Mongolian joint up in Appleton (best food evah!)..then caught a flick at the budget theatre (How to Lose a Guy in 10 days). I've seen worse.

Sunday, did some major cleaning around the house, took the gal shopping and out to eat...

weekend over. Neutral

Oops, I forgot to add that I took Tracy to Finding Niemo on Friday. It was great! A must have in the DVD collection, that's for sure! It's amazing what they can do with animation, no?

A decent weekend here too....after a yucky start!

Friday-offsite in meetings, so much for Happy Hour plans Had to endure dinner with corporate types but ended up going to cousin's who lives nearby afterwards. Much fun had by all!

Saturday-niece's grad party in afternoon, got to catch up with friend for nice long chat in the PM. Designed summer garden scheme and put a few of the plants in. Ordered bulbs for fall.

Sunday-major cleaning in AM, helped friend do some planting at his new house --I love to start from nothing--it looks awesome! Pizza and ice cream with his kidlets after. Finally decided on decorating scheme for my house....that's what I'll be doing for the next few months. WHEEEE!!!!

My weekend was pretty boring compared to everyone elses!

Friday: Ran, read a book.

Saturday: Hubby and I went out shopping dying to buy something, and couldn't find a thing we wanted! Confused Went fishing caught nothing.

Sunday: Did a few chores. Ran.

Friday: Dinner/happy hour with some friends and 'Old School' which I found to be The fubbiest movie I've seen in a long time!!! LOL LOL thumbs up thumbs up
Saturday: 12 mile run and subsequent breakfast with friends followed by a nice slice of 'passout' Wink , some school work, dinner with friends, and watched 'Tears of the Sun' thumbs down so many bizarre holes in the plot...
Sunday: schoolwork, a couple meetings (where I sort of rearranged my fall load and I like it MUCH better!) and a birthday party with/for some really cool people for dinner.

Overall, a thumbs up

Randy-- too bad

Katzoo--and what type of puppy did you sit on? I love it when people let me take care of their dogs!!!

Cheryl--yep, Old School is the greatest! We bought the CD and have laughed so hard. I love it when he "darts" himself!

Our weekend started on Saturday--we visited our imprisoned dogs and had a great time for about an hour. (We get to spring them this weekend)

Saturday afternoon we ate at Red Robin and watched Charlie's Angels which was a fun ride!

Sunday we woke up at 0830 and took a real nap at 1000-1:00. (Mr. Aire worked like 65 hours this week so he was tired and I was tired by proxy)

We went to a burrito place then spent a couple of hours at Barnes and Noble. That was great!

Dinner was the best--a salad with smoked pork, fresh tomatoes, bacon, sliced avocado, and a home-made Lapsang-souchon vinaigrette dressing. With blue cheese topped ciabbatta bread. White Zinfandel to drink. Nice cool evening to go with it. Sliced Golden kiwi fruit for dessert.
