Mine starts as soon as I clear off my desk - 3 day weekend for me!
Friday: 1/2 hour weights followed by 1800 yard swim. Lunch with coach, then dinner and sleepover party Chez Go to celebrate the Lady Go's birthday.
 HAPPY BIRTHDAY GO!
Saturday: 5M race followed by brunch with phillycat. Then 40M bike ride, powercleaning of house.
Sunday: 10M run. Much needed food shopping, perhaps dinner and a movie with the 'medic.

Thursday: See a performance of "Grease" at a community theatre which was actually reprimanded for casting the show so poorly.
Friday: Shrug.
Saturday: 5k race. Talk sandy into seeing "The Village", i hope. Or, at least The Manchurian Candidate. Fail at both tasks.
Sunday: See "Hair" downtown with a group of her work friends. Maybe see a movie in the afternoon if i don't get to see anything with her.

Sunday: Hang out with hubby. Maybe bike or run in am or both. Pizza for dinnah with girls we run with so I can tell them all about the IM.

Friday: Go to "Parent Night" at my son's VBS. Sign up for the Army 10 Miler
Saturday: 19 miles - longest EVA!!!!
Saturday afternoon/evening: ice, rest, ice, compression, ice, elevate, ice, ice, ice. Maybe a little sleep, too! Anti-inflamatory a MUST!
Sunday: Church with a little ice.

Friday night: I have a date! We are going out to play some racquetball and then 
Saturday: Long run (20 miles I hope) and then headed to Indy for the Drum Corps International show at the RCA Dome.
Sunday: medium run (7-10 miles), church, then either going over to a motorcycle rally in Ohio or helping my mother move her office.

Isn't "Lather, Rinse, Repeat" what someone does to their HAIR??? Don't you have to have hair in order to go through this process???
