Tonight? But, it's only the 30th! I guess I should talk, my lame-ass community had trick or treating last Sunday...

I think Joe is referring to, what we called in Detroit, Devil's night! The night before halloween we would go out and Soap windows and TP houses. In Detroit they would set fire to the city and wreck havoc. In WI though no one has heard of the this tradition.

ahhh, amigo you forget I have 20 years of devil's night training behind me. Not only do I have the offensive tactics down but defense as well. A pellet gun and a garden hose do wonders for crowd control.

We used to get our TP from Fast food places. The cheaper the TP the better.
And Rando, if you are taking notes, don't boil the eggs first.

Yes it used to be bad on "Devils Night" heck even the Japanese would send t.v. crews here. But its not like that anymore. They have volunteers, extra po po and fire on duty during the time around halloween and a curfew for 16 and under. It was real bad in the 80's but no so anymore.

Back when they had t-shirts that said, "I'm so bad I vacation in Detroit"
They had done a lot since then to clean things up, as Trekay said.
