Maybe I remember the cheer wrong, but I thought they were the Rancho Carne Toros, and that was their own cheer about themselves.

I also loved this movie. True teen classic. As for ANTM, I've watched the past seasons, I haven't seen any of this one's yet. I was voting for Amanda (legally blind girl) in the last season. I thought she was great.
