Octopus is one of those sushis that is either really good or tastes like munching on rubberbands, like the stuff I had yesterday. BLECH.

It requires the correct preparation or it is ruined. Same with calamari. Cook it a few seconds too long or at the wrong temp and it's like rubberbands. Cooked correctly, it melts in your mouth!
