Our Buffalo marathon relay team has an injured member. Sad
Instead of trying to find someone else, we have decided to run the 1/2
marathon. This means I am not going to do the Country Music 1/2. Sad
I am going to volunteer. Smile
My knees have been feeling a little achy. Sad
I went to our local running store and bought myself two new pairs
of shoes. It was my birthday present to me and I'm worth every penny. Mr. Green
I've also joined a small gym located about 5 minutes from where
I work so hopefully I can finally stick with a weight training program.

Sounds like a good plan. Best of luck.
