i just had the school nurse take my BP and I'm at 118/68

I just back from CVS.
I used the machine twice and got two different readings.
first
106/69 pulse 51
second
121/58 pulse 59
so should I get 10 points or 20 points?????

I checked mine at lunch, but the machine wasn't working properly. I'm going to have to find another one on the way home.

It's fluctuated from a low of 100/62 to a high of 122/80 in the past 2 years. Only time I get it checked is prior to giving blood and I feel like my heart is pounding. Pulse is usually high 50's at that time also. Last time pulse was taken in a relaxed stated it was mid 40's.

90/60 is typical, though its been lower especially when I'm not drinking enough water.

No, not really possible, unless you are in shock or severely dehydrated or something like that. There is a syndrome with very low blood pressure, but there are other syptoms (very cold and purplish hands I think is one).
Otherwise, the lower the better.
