No, not really possible, unless you are in shock or severely dehydrated or something like that. There is a syndrome with very low blood pressure, but there are other syptoms (very cold and purplish hands I think is one).
Otherwise, the lower the better. |
99/68 tonight. But I have been down to 80/43. Can you say dehydrated?

Stopped on my way home, but that Sav-On didn't have one. Went for a run, ate dinner, then went to a different Sav-On------>112/63
I'm surprised it wasn't higher, I was afraid I would miss the deadline!

122/72 yesterday evening HR-53(normally 117/70 HR 50-53) (already PM'd Fla last night) Geez I thought I had decent B.P. and I am very anal about checking it on a regular basis, but alot you have very strong tickers out there, great job!!!!
