so last night was the Screen on the Green. it's starts at sunset so a late start on a weeknight. i got home between 2330 and 0000. but i also got my grill and rotisserie cokker delivered yesterday so i had to open them up and look it and "OOOOOOOH" and "AAAAAAAAAAAAH" over them and look thru the recipes and see what i needed to buy to go along witht hem and.......

i got to sleep about 0100-0130 this morning and up at 0700. coffee not helping, food not helping, bike ride in not helping......get the idea?

i've almost always been an 8 hour sleeper, plus still having some issues from the heat exhaustion. have not gotten all my energies back yet. Confused
