Posted: 09/15/05 - 11:46 Post subject: so i have an appointment today......updated
for my shoulder
back in March i injured it and it was not that bad, i figured i'd give it time to heal. well skating season kicked in and i waited and waited, it nover got better, but it wasn't getting worse either. Mid summer it started to really ache a bit by late summer it's been hurting a lot. Some of ya maight have seen the post in Health and Fitness. Well not it's a multiple times a day it hurts and becomes painful so i made an appt for it. at least i know what medical person here to look at it. wish me luck i have a feeling my active lifestyle is screeching to a break for a few months.

Sometimes a diagnosis is a relief. It makes you feel less like you're losing your mind.

i think i have a good idea already. impinged shoulder, possibly with cartlidge tearing and a torn rhomboid muscle. this is why i've been trying to put it off til the end of the season.
