well for the most part my cravings for chocolate have ceased. Thanks Andyp for the challenge, it has made me so much more determined not to give in. <dang i hate losing> i admit there have been a few almost "habit" grabs but i seem to catch myself in time.
How are the rest of you fareing?

Well,
Except for the Saturday AM apres run chocolate doghnuts/Munchkins the week goes well. I have actually avoided any and all sorts of cookies and stuff.
This weekend brings us our annual breakfast run... I'm bringing Apple Brownies. Since its all fruit, flour and some sugar would that count ?
