The ongoing saga of Froggie trying to get Comcast.

Must've gotten it. She hasn't been here, so must be watching it in her jammies. Mr. Green

thats fine, CAUSE I STILL DONT HAVE COMCAST!!!!!!!!!!

OH. and they charged our credit card. ON NOV 21ST.
so i call to resolve the credit card issue and the woman i spoke with tells me that my house was listed as completly unserviceable, although she did show a tech coming out to install the phone on the 19th. and she wasnt really sure how they even got our cc # if we didnt have any services with them.

at this point i am so burning mad that i cant even argue with her. so i send an email to MW. an hour later someone from the "customer escalations" department calls to tell me that yes, our house is actually serviceable and that someone would be out on the 19th to install everything.

so when will i have cable seems to be the question of the week. Neutral
