They were adopting six sigma at the hospital I did clinicals at last semester. One of the nurses I was working closely with was recruited to be a green belt and her manager, knowing I was a business major the first time, was like "ask cheryl about 6 sigma, she can explain" I was like "you really don't want my explanation"  My nurse: "Okay, but I still don't get it. Isn't my goal patient care? Why do I care about this?" Me: "exactly"
