How did a thread about the most 80's tune, end up being a texas weather report?
I'm thinking the most 80's of all the 80's songs would have to be:
I ran by A flock of seagulls.
That's my pick, and I'm stickin to it. |
I think its mostly TN and GA weather reports, but I can tell you its 88, partly cloudy and muggy with a 20% chance of showers here in Texas.

Rock the casbah. The first video I remember seeing on MTV. My oldest sister was babysitting me so thats why we were allowed to watch the 'forbidden channel'. I just remember the oil derricks and that armadillo running everywhere...

I can't hear "Take on Me" by Ah-Ha or "She Blinded Me with Science" by Thomas Dolby without having serious flashbacks.
I'm lookin' out my window and hoping PH isn't riding home in what I'm seein'... I don't even want to drive in it.

Because everything is about Texas and our weather!
For some reason the Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Relax comes to mind. Of course, I was far too naive to understand the song.
I miss the 80's!

I was out there. The rain stung a little at times, but it was alright most of the time, just a little heavy. The lightning did come a little too close for comfort a time or two.
I really need to get some better rain gear.
