i sat down with you, i explained this to you, i even helped you figure it out and we DOUBLE CHECKED the information.

i must ask, how in the HELL did she manage to take my mutual fund deposits out of the wrong bank account!? i was *right* there when she was setting it up, i say "the account that gets my paycheque" (we had to look up the exact account number) and i thought all was well.

today i'm paying my credit card off, i look and there isn't anything in my mutual fund account, my savings account is much lower then it should be, and my chequing account is waaaay fatter then it should be.

as it turns out she tried to take it out of my other account and i got charged with an NSF fee... *ugh*

If you've got the paperwork, it should be a no-brainer for the NSF to be dropped (or re-imbursed).

Then again, they were the ones who made the mess.

i had my doubts when she referred to my mutual fund as a "product".

i can handle someone getting my food order wrong - but mishandling my money isn't cool... at least i'll get the refund.

yeah i can't imagine them making a big deal out of it. they were pretty good the last time i got screwed over (in a brutal paypal mishap).

for all i know i signed the papers with that account number on it - but like i said, she said "this is the one it'll come out from", i gotta be able to put some faith in her Neutral.

at least i caught it before next weeks attempt.
