If an armless person was arrested, would you restrain him or her?

I have delt with more than a few unarmed subjects, but not an armless one.
No restrains needed, unless the subject is combative, then you would use a leg restraint. Just put em in the back of the cruser. Under no circumstances would I use a weapon of any sort.....unless it was Chuck Norris...then I WOULD restrain the legs....

If he was a good recumbent rider, he wouldn't need them.

When transporting prisoners we would fasten the seat belts not because we were safety conscious. VERY hard to fiddle with the handcuffs or try to jump out of a car with the belt on.

We used the leg loop restraint where you would shut the tail end of the strap in the door. They were locked in place.

You can't restrain Chuck Norris...You can only delay your unavoidable death...
