Posted: 12/09/02 - 17:01 Post subject: sad day for robin tomorrow
tonight we are going to her mom's house and cleaning out the last of the stuff that is there...tomorrow her mom's house sells (settlement)and this is the last part of the estate to go.
Robin was born there and spent her whole pre married life there...
she will likely be sad because this is the final chapter in that part of her life.
her mom and dad lived in the house for 47 years ....
wow

That's sad. Both her parents are gone now?
I know it will take her a while to get past that, but grieving is important. She'll bounce back eventually, though, Joe, I'm sure.

father died almost 5 years to the day prior to her moms death this year
one of the first things she said after her mom died is that she is now an orphan

Sometimes I wonder what it all means. We live, we strive, we accomplish, we reproduce, and then we die - and the cycle continues ad infinitum. Zheesh, I'm sounding like I'm depressed....

Robin's parents were two of nicest people in the world. Sad that they are no longer here.

Your family's love will bring her thru. It is also amazing how much of her parents she will see in her kids, even if the kids did not know their grandparents well or at all.

Sorry to hear that, Joe. I am hoping my dad will stick around for a long time yet. Take care of Robin.

yeah i just let it go no more issues with me
it took me a few hours to realize why she was so fired up when she came home
then when she went into the house for the last time she was bawling
