So I'm doing laps at the gym this morning and they've definitely got the heat turned up. At about the 2 mile mark I decide to scrap the shirt and pull it off. As I pull it over my head and it comes down in my right hand it hooked a fire extinguisher hanging on the wall. It must've hooked it good because one stride later the extinguisher ripped out of the wall, swung around behind and landed right next to me. Embarassed

Fortunately I didn't hurt anyone with it. It ripped the bracket and all out of the wall.... and of course I had a couple of witnesses to catch my moment.

Good thing you didn't run into it like I did in High School. I have the scar on my arm to proove it. Ouch!!

Not so sure about that.... I've had a couple of tumbles off of them also and always with a few witnesses to attest to my gracefulness.

That was the first thing I thought of and was very relieved it didn't.
