there is probably a total of .5-.6 miles of hills, that's it, somewhere around the 2 - 2.5 mile point and they are clumped together so when they're done, they're done. it's fairly smooth sailing really. right past the Latrobe Brewing Company  final water stop is there i think.
there's lots of water stops along the way and since it's run thru a small town, lots of people are on the sidewalks with hoses if you wanna be cooled down. i did that once, to excess, and had to go to the bathroom immediately after that 3rd hosing.  no more hosing for me.

other race news:
usually there is a free beer party for racers after the race. this has been changed this year  and now it's a $5 cover for racers with a bib. $10 for everyone else.

I'm out. I just realized the race is Friday evening. I would have to skip out of work early, (which I would love to do!) but I'm covering vacations and won't be able to.
