According to this MSNBC article more than 1 out of every 2 Americans does not get enough exercise, and this is when 'making photocopies' and 'purposefully wandering' count as exercise 
on a proud note, Kentucky weighs in as the lowest percentage of people who get the recommended amount of exercise...

now call me crazy but i'd think wanting to look good naked would keep me semi-mobile and away from mcdonalds.
people really are lazy aren't they? i'd feel better about myself, but god even i feel lazy. ...how must they feel?
ps. anybody else notice a trend of new mcdonalds opening up and an obesiety rate that's going up? call it a hunch...

Canada is no different. Besides adults, more and more kids are also not getting enough exercise and many are obese.

Just tryin' to figure out how that partial person exercises only a portion of theirself.... sounds fishy.
