He was out to have some fun and do what kids have always done and always will do... Court with death!
On a side note.... WhenI drove the autobahn, the bikes cruised that road at about 175 all the time. Yes, they wore protective clothing and yes the roads are different, but they still did it everyday.
I can say I have done multiples of stupid things that could have easily gone wrong and taken my life. Heck, just riding my bike here in S. Florida is extremely dangerous.
Give him his ticket and let him go back to what he is doing. He is the only one to actually get caught doing it. I'm willing to bet the bikers up there are doing it everyday.

I've seen some sick stuff on a bike. Video of a biker cruising between 200-300 km/hr in heavy traffic on a European road. Just plain nuts. It really is amazing how fast bikes can go these days.

There is a pack of rice rocket lunatics that operate out of Akron Ohio. They spend their summer nights dodging traffic at 100 mph plus, doing wheelies and other stunts. I was coming home from a fishing trip a couple of summers ago with my son and zipping down the expressway about 65 mph when they shot by. There were 12 bikes, 3 riders had helmets and 1 passenger. Several of the bikes had young girls hanging onto the back of the rider. They are rarely caught and ticketed and the local paper even did an article on them - basically glorifying their illegal activities.

I saw something like that on MTV's True Life recently. It was more or less glorifying them. I think it missed the part where someone is gonna hit a board left on the road during a 80mph wheelie and flips and kills 4 people.
