the color on my printer is all messed up. and now the black and white isn't printing either, it looks all splotchy and faded. the supposed "ink levels" are showing as fine.

wth get your mouse off of me

should i go ahead and change the ink cartridges or what?

i have spreadsheets and stuff to print. i'm a busy woman!

All I know is if you change printer cartridges make sure you take the plastic seal off the bottom of the cartridge before putting it into the printer. Embarassed If you don't, nothing prints and you'll really look like a dumbass then. Neutral And I'm in charge of this place??!!

You sure the cartridge is firmly in place?

You may want to take it out and shake it, then put it back in.

Works wonders. With the cartridge, too. Razz
