I'm usually sick on or near any busy time in my life. Thus, I'm sick now.
My words of prevention would be: wash your hands and avoid the coworker who hacks and snots but swears he isn't sick.
what is glutamine?

I usually just try and get some extra vitamin C in addition to my regular multi. Right now, I'm just eating an orange every day to get that extra C.

I never heard to avoid if you are allergic to ragweed as I am too, very. I use it once I begin to feel something coming on. It seems to work and not trouble allergy wise that I have been aware of.

Me either. I love it. Some of the chewable zinc lozenges have echinacea in them already.

Why don't you get the flu shot?
I'm considering in getting one this winter...it's only $15 for us students..better be immunized than get sidelined from training for a month!
