I'm clueless on Whitestripes.
I'm confused on Outkast.
I love Evanescence but missed them singing.
Christina looked like she had a wig on and either way it looked awful.
Madonna's roots were showing.
I'm sick of Justin Timberlake.
Did anyone catch Joan Rivers pre show? She is so clueless when it comes to music! She should leave the questioning to someone else. She made a fool of herself more than once.

Roots showing are the latest trend. Sloppy IMHO, but currently trendy. But that Versace dress she wore was indeed rockin' and hot.
But someone please tell Gwen Stefani her hair looks like sh!t. Dye it dark like it wants to be already!
And please tell me I'm not the only person on the planet who would rather chew glass than listen to an Outkast CD.

Male Rock Vocal Performance: "Gravedigger," Dave Matthews.
This is the one that cracks me up. Dave Matthews couldn't rock his way out of a stone quarry.

She can't. She is doing a movie with Scorcese where she plays Jean Harlow.
And i would love to own that OutKast cd.

That explains now. But not the fact that her hair's been that horrid color for the last decade.
Can this chick act, or will she be another Madonna on screen? I'd like to think someone of Scorcese's caliber knows what he's doing.

well i think the live long and prosper thing ties into Noone Ever Really Dies - the N.E.R.D thing... but it could be somethin' different |
ummmm...okay....
| Quote: | Andre 3000 has always been part of Outkast, has he not? why now are they mentioning him by name?
Big Boi and Andre 3000 did a double disc this year, one for each guy. Andre's Single was more popular i think, but big boi's was really good too. that's the only reason they called them by their names - some shows will say "here's outkast to preform Hey Ya, and I like the way you move". |
Okay, this makes sense. I understand that besides the two songs the two discs aren't good. Oh, and I like "I like the way you move" much better than "Hey Ya"
| Quote: | Am I the only one who thinks the Evanescence girl can't sing outside of the record studio?
i can't even believe they got nominated for grammys. album of the year nomination? that's a freiken joke. then again "stacies mom" got a nomination |
I like to think of her as the Britney Spears of the alt. rock world. Studio affected voice. I saw her on something, maybe Letterman or one of those and you didn't hear anything except occassional horrible screeches. She was definitely winded and sort of hoarse. Besides, I don't really like their sound anyway.
Oh, and I liked Gwen Stefani's hair pink. I realize Pink has kind of ruined that for her but thats when it looked best. I don't like this trend (and I'm talking to you, Nicole Kidman) of dying your hair to match your albino skin. Especially when your hair is naturally a beautiful red, but I digress.
I think the Grammys are WAY overrated. I don't know what they base the awards on, sales? Because in most cases its certainly not talent.
I think Dave Matthews is a has-been, and I used to love him. Gravedigger bugged me.
