i thought you were looking to be in out of the heat. you don't use a dread mill, do you?

I am looking for some cross training in my living room. Cross training may not be the rigth word. Just supplementary workouts so that I have more than just quads and hams, as I do currently. I'm still running, either at obscene hours, the dreadmill or outside during normal waking hours while having a heat stroke.
