There is a winkie on that because Jacked has seen the girth of my rear view up close and in person no mistaking me for karen voight
anyone do pilates or yoga and have good suggestions? I have the winsor pilates and like it okay, but really have nothing to compare it against.

I'll openly admit to having tried a workout video. I would never do it again - for some reason they make me feel ridiculous. I think I have foot to eye coordination issues.
I tried Pilates with my wife once as well - feels too much like wallowing around on the floor and not accomplishing anything. I only made it about 10 minutes in and stopped because I felt annoyed.
Has anyone here ever tried running for aerobic exercise? I like that.

My good friend (who is also a runner) and her husband (who does ultra's) both use this video called "Slim in Six" and they swear by it! They both say it'll kick your butt!

i've done pilates before, the thing with pilates is it's a replacemnt for weight training, not for aerobic activity. you'll have nice toned muscles under layers of fat still. it's more a cross training activity.

Right, I have some pilates videos already. I agree, and thats what I want from the workout videos, strength, and a little aerobic activity wouldn't hurt but isn't necessary.
For cardio I do this brand new thing called "running"...
