Everyone seems to have their own cure for Plantar Fasciitis. I have tried several things, but these have helped the most so far. Maybe I have high arches? Either way, these keep my plantar stretched when in my everyday shoes. And it has helped tremendously. I am using the highest insert and really want a higher one. Have not tried jogging in them though.
