COME ON YOU PEOPLE !!!

Lay off the "Doctor"or we will lose him.

Read again what the "Doctor" has to say. So far, he is the only one to come up with any exercises to get 'Molly" on the track and whereas I cannot comment on the professionalism of Gym/Personal Trainers versus Strength and Conditioner Coaches in the US., what he says is very close to the mark in OZ.

Certified or not "drwright" once again offers good sound advice.

Incidently "Doctor" this is the second time I've gone to bat for you.
Just don't want people here to think you're getting a warm, damp glowing feeling in your pocket.

Par, I did send Molly a specific weight routine as I have many others. I have never posted my routines openly here fearing someone would pick it apart. Confused

Your so right "Jack". I'm sorry.

Why not post your weight routines here, your thoughts on exercise are just as valid as anyone else's what's more you have the advantage of knowing "Molly" (training history, injuries, etc.)

There may be some disagreement but no one is going to pick apart your programs, if so I'll be over and give them a thick ear!!, and that includes the "Doctor" but I think he's bark's worse than his bite.

CSCS = certified strength and conditioning specialist

No, am a candidate for that. Hoping to take the board next year. My experience is as a team physician for NCAA baseball, and former tour physician for the Gravity Games, AVP professional beach volleyball, team physician for professional soccer and private practice sports medicine for over ten years. I have worked with many elite and national-class athletes over the years. I've also worked in clinical psychiatry and psychology and have an EMT. I have a lot to share, with the hope that some will find it useful. I've learned a lot as a runner, mostly the hard way.

You do have a lot to share and I hope you continue to do so!

So noted, and thank you X 2. My title "Dr." needs no quotation marks, by the way; all my patients use it, and that's fine. Here, "drwright" is also fine. Perhaps my initials are "d.r. wright", but who could say here? I'm happy to rest upon good ol' science in support of any comments I print here. Glad someone's not getting too bent out of shape over a few challenging remarks. My pockets are dry.

Hmmm. I might. But only if I think they're harmful. Don't worry, I'll tell you why. And I'm always good for several scientific articles in support of a position.
