seems to have a pretty high alcohol content. I made a gallon of it back in about feb/march. I tried some about 6 weeks later, but it wasn't quite ready. I did a little fiddling with it, let it ferment out, etc. and today I racked it, stabilized it and sweetened it. i drank a glass of the "partly cloudy" stuff from the bottom of the bottle, no lees, just not as clear as the rest, and it is, shall we say, very strong!

I'm a happy little worker today!

that can't really happen. you need to ferment out all of the sugars. it is possible that it started out with more Potential Alcohol (according to the amount of sugar in the juices) and the yeast did a very good job of eating the sugars resulting in a higher alcohol content.
