So, here I am...a typical runner running 50-60 miles per week USUALLY....then nursing school comes along and I'm lucky if I can run 4 days a week....

my life sucks...all i do is study, sleep very little, work part time, and go to class...running seems so lacking

I'm depressed and miserable

anyone have any ideas/suggestions??
