Those two might be tied together somehow. |
I've wondered the same thing -- I've been "chronic" for years with few worries about my weight. I'm not a binge eater or a "munchies" person, either. I've not had as much of an appetite until I started running. When I got sidelined by fatigue, anemia, and depression meds (apathy pills) late last year/early this year is when I started getting concerned. I had my runner's appetite without the running and I started drinking sodas and (too much) beer again. :/
The times that I've stopped smoking dope have really sucked because I stay nauseous, never want to eat, and have worse IBS pain than usual.
Between my new work schedule and my return to the gym and the road, I'll be at a better weight/condition. Crap. Sorry, didn't mean to write a tome. So, how 'bout dem numbahs...
4 = number of hours until I return to work
5 = approx. number of months until my perks/benefits kick in
400 = amount we'll save on my insurance per month once mine starts
2.08 = my pounds/inch (of height) = (bike) hill smasher territory!
