Sign me up for the Canal Classic 5K

Navarre, Ohio
Never ran this one before. Supposedly a fast flat course... a hike and bike trail.... i love trails... Hoping to break in my first evah pair of racing shoes if I get to the store in time to buy them.... I'm getting pumped already.

BTW..you've got to run the Great Race 10k! What if I told you I think you could easily run under 40 minutes for this course--it's supah fast!!!

i'm running a 5K saturday morning too, starting at 8:30 so we should be crossing the line at the same time 
good luck speedy. and yeah, think about the great race 10K--if you do it, i'll do it. i'm teetering between 5k and 10k--5/10--5/10--5/10 smack me.
