OK, so we've got about two weeks left of this year...
Gives us a little time, to reflect, think, and come up with some Running Goals for 2006.
You've got a couple of weeks...think up something good.
(this is how I imagine you thinking up something good, and writing it down.)

keep running, continue to do a few races. Love life and don't worry about how many miles I get in.
Love the fact that I can run another year.
Love the idea of the freedom it gives me.
Love the fact that the running community is very supportive.
other than that I would love another 1000 mile year and maybe another marathon.

i'm going to go out of 2005 weighing the most i've ever weighed (mostly by design - a bit from job change). but i would really like to bring my body fat down a notch.
i don't think i want to gain much more, but i know that my legs need more muscle.
this year i also hope to partake in the half marathon (if i can get my training together), otherwise i'll be running in as many road races as i can. at the very least i would like to run a 10k this year.
5k goal - 19 minutes before the end of season
10k goal - just to run one... and then go from there.
Half Marathon - to finish.
(sorry don't have much to work with in terms of time projections for the longer distances i haven't run before)

I still haven't come up with some good goals for 2006. I guess I will see if I can break 1800 miles running for the year and if time permits I might try for a 100 mile week this winter as I train for my 50K and the Tampa Triple.
