Walsh University Lift and Run 5K
When: Sunday March 20th Lift: 8:30-9:30 AM
Run: 10:30 AM
Where: Walsh Unveristy 2020 E. Maple St. N. Canton, Ohio
Contact: Dan McCallion 330-490-7014
Or see the Walsh Unversity Men's Track Web Site for more information
How it works: Each contestant will receive time off their 5K based on the number of repetitions of their body weight or percentage of body weight bench-pressed.
I think I'm in!

Good luck, with your 5K time, and weight training you should do pretty well

The guy who won this last year benched his own weight 30 reps and then ran a 19:34 5k. The only age groups they have are over 50 and under 50..... And they had a grand total of 50 participants.

They have that at the Arnold Fitness Weekend in Columbus too, I would like to try this sometime.
I'm out of town in Baltimore that weekend, or I would drive up and cheer you on!
