ok, ive got my spiffy new mp3. its yellow and looks like a round banana. ive figgered out how to use it ; NOW, i need some motivational music...

what does everyone listen to on THEIR mp3's?

I don't listen to tunes when I run but I think some Van Halen, GNR, fast paced stuff would work well for me.

gee, i know brownstone is an old song, but i cant place it....is it back n the days of the stones, zep and groups like that??

don't make fun of me....

i read this on either this website or another one, BUT, since i run early in the morning before daylight, i got pat benatar's running with the shadows, it is pretty cool....

superman from 3 doors down is one that gets the blood pumping pretty well also...

brownstone was ok but i went with november rain instead...

running with the shadows of the night (pat benatar).

i read about that one on a website the other day and its pretty good, esp running at 0530 when it is dark, lol.

Hi everyone I'm getting into running myself and working my way up. I run to USMC (U.S. Marine Corp.) running cadence. Like you heard from Full Metal Jacket.."Papa and Momma were laaaying in bed.." It's VERY motivational but it's actual running cadences. Go to any download site and do a search. It keeps me in step and the run goes by just like that.
