I was fitted in January and bought the Mizuno wave rider 11. I love these shoes, but lately since my mileage has increased, I have a pain in the ball of my left foot. Do you think it is because:
1. I need new shoes
2. I was fitted for the wrong shoes in the first place
3. Poor form
4. increased mileage
5. other???

@chevellechick - I too love the Mizuno wave rider line!

It's probably not the shoe if you've been ok in the past. It probably has to do with the increased mileage. How much did you increase by?

You may have bruised heel some how as well. I was rest as much as possible.
