my new old breakfast.

so looking at the ole waistline i decided it's time to reduce it a bit. bring in the power breakfast.

I used to make something similar years ago but in bulk but stopped, not sure why. but with my new hand blender i can make a few at a time and there fore more fresh.

it's more a breakfast smoothie

3 teaspoons Low fat strawberry/bannana yogurt
3 teaspoons LF vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen mixxed berry
1 cup cubed mixed mellon & pineable & grapes
1/4 cup of oatmeal and soy nut flour
1 cup of Cran-apple juice

mix evenly, make 2-3 servings. for extra protein just either add more soy or a protein powder (most made of soy)

very lowfat, very tasty, high in antioxidants good fiber too.
