was oh so much more than just fishing
Two way radios in the hands of 40 something males who've never really grown up can cause a lot of laughter... especially when I'm initiating the porcelein at the Cabela's store in Dundee Michigan on the way home.... it's always entertaining to be sitting on the crapper and suddenly your radio begins blaring to the entire restroom.... and it's your two buddies discussing the fact that you are in the restroom taking a crap... of course i got even by telegraphing the sound of the toilet flushing over the 2-ways - much to my kids delight and one buddies embarassment.... he had a couple of women standing right next to him when his radio flushed.
We also saw some poor guy at the boat ramp sunday morning who's truck had popped out of gear while he was taking his boat off the trailer. The truck was submerged to the point the hood was almost covered. He wasn't a happy camper and neither was the tow truck driver who had to wade in over his waist to hook the chains up.

Glad you had a great time. I'll have to admit, I'm a tad bit jealous

None of the sounds I heard coming across those radios could be construed as mating calls.... unless it was the mating call of a rhinoceros with a bad case of gas....

Is the market for recycled glass and aluminum now saturated?
