Thanks for the support, everybody. I went out on the weekend and bought athlete groceries (the carb loading Friday night with Burger King was wrong on so many levels puke) and now I'm doing the tuna and whole wheat pasta thang. Come Oct, I"ll probably still be slow, but buff!

Great job Shannon! thumbs up That's a pretty hot race for this time of year in BC.burning mad Down here on the coast its a low 18-21 degrees celsius (in Vancouver) and it's mostly cloudy to partly sunny with some showers.
