Or at the very least senile.

We have this project manager that makes sh!t up as he goes along. No, really. He invents phone calls that never happened, and basically says anything to get as many people in trouble as possible.

Call me cold-hearted, but I don't care if this guy is only 2 years away from retirement or not! He's incompetent and is costing us clients! Can him! CAN HIM!!
