my PT feels adhesions in my hamstring. adhesions??? he claims they are an improper immune response to overexertion. he also "rubbed" one out and i seemed to feel immediately relief.

anyone else experience this phenom?? or is it a bunch of hooey??

Interesting thought. Never heard of it. Is it just another term for tired muscles that need a rest?

I think Flarunner or CB are the ones to ask about this.
