I just can't get focused today. Partly because I'm tired, partly because the crap I need to get done is boring as all hell, partly because the idiots around me can't stop screaming, and partly because I'm freezing. At least, thanks to noley, it's snowing in AZ at my desk. 
What do you do to get motivated when you absolutely can't seem to focus?

I've had 3 mugs, nothing. I'm now looking for gifts to "suggest" the Paramedic get me for my birthday. Tiffany's is chock full of good stuff. Must. Work. Though.
