Same here. Is that odd? I don't usually hear about too many people with our 'problem'. |
It kills my appetite too, unless it's really late in the day. Then I eat like a horse when I'm through. I have no explanation why.

Whenever I have a morning run either a race or a training run I usually just eat a banana and have gatorade about an hour or 90 minutes before I am scheduled to begin.

I run on an empty stomach in the morning but if I'm running for more than an hour I'll take a gel with me. I always eat after a run - nothing kills my appetite .

Sunday mornings I run at about 9am, so when I get up at 7am I have a bagel and some cereal + coffee. I'm finished eating by 7:30 and won't have anything until after my long run. If I'm going less than 10 miles, I can manage with just yogurt or coffee...
It depends on who I'm running with, we'll go out for brekkie after our run (bacon/eggs/greasy spoon), which is always a great reward.
Long runs kill my appetite too, but the next day (aka Monday), I eat, and eat, and EAT.
People always ask "where do you put it all?"
"How can you eat so much and stay so tiny?" If they only knew...haha
I've forgotten what it is to eat a "normal" (read: non-exerciser) about of food. Generally I'm sucking back 2500-3500 calories a day (and I'm only 5 feet tall!!)

I'm getting ready to switch back to mornings (during the winter/spring I run at lunch) I get up at 4:30 and its always just a few slugs of Gatorade, after though its usually a bagel and a banana.
