weights - chest and triceps. My biceps are amazingly sore considering that yesterday was leg day and my last biceps day was Tuesday.
3 mi. easy run
may go for a little ride later.

9:56; 9:10; 10:40 splits = 29:46.
Heat made it difficult.

Due to complete laziness on my part at 6:00am, I ended up having to run two hours on a treadmill at LA Fitness at 2:00pm today. 11.3 miles overall, not counting the cooldown period, but very boring. Stone Mountain Park is much better for running if I can get myself out of bed.
